Introducing: An intro-to-journaling workshop & intention-setting gathering (pilot session)
Ever wanted to start journaling but didn’t quite know where to begin? Or maybe you crave a calm, creative space to pause, reflect, and listen inward—without doing it alone.
Pen and Paper is a brand-new experimental gathering where we explore the power of journaling together. This pilot session will help us gauge interest for a possible ongoing club centered around intuitive writing, personal reflection, and gentle creative practices.
About the Pilot Session
In this cozy, guided workshop, you’ll learn approachable journaling techniques, explore simple prompts, and experience how reflective writing can help you connect with your inner voice and build a more grounded relationship with yourself.
No experience needed—just an open heart and a notebook.
This Sessions Theme:

We’ll start with warm-ups and foundational journaling tips, then dive into intention-setting prompts to help you begin 2025 with clarity and alignment. You’ll leave with new skills, a deeper connection to your intuition, and prompts you can use all year long.
